Oxford University Press has recently signed a licence deal with Goodmusic to supply The Giant Fugue by Bach, transcribed by Ralph Vaughan Williams and Arnold Foster. This piece is scored for violin I, violin II, viola, cello, contrabass and was part of the Oxford Orchestral Series (No. 6).
